Grading content

My Slop Score went up after I edited. Some edits add new buzzwords or make sentence lengths more uniform. Check the newly highlighted words, and use 1-Click Authentic Replacements to fix them.
AI Search audits
My score didn't change after I made fixes. Make sure you published your changes in your website builder, then select Re-test Live in your report. Some builders and caching tools take a few minutes to show updates.
My schema isn't showing up. Check that you pasted it into the <head> of the same page you audited, and that the page is published. You can confirm it's working with Google's free Rich Results Test.
The audit couldn't read my site. Your site may be blocking automated visitors with a firewall or security setting that blocks crawlers. Ask whoever manages your site to allow access, then try again.

Writing and voice
Voice dictation or Interview Me isn't hearing me. Allow microphone access for Fynch in your browser settings, then reload the page. Or type your notes instead.
My drafts don't sound like me. Check your brand voice in the Brand Studio (profile icon → Brand Studio), and make sure the right voice shows in the Draft Blueprint. Setting up your brand voice →
Account and access
I can't sign in. Use the same sign-in method you used to sign up, such as Google, Microsoft or email. If you use email to login, you will receive a one time password (OTP) that is sent to you via a new email.
