FynchAI 101

You have two primary ways to interact with FynchAI, each designed to fit different aspects of your workflow.

  1. The Email Agent: Your Inbox Co-Pilot

This is the fastest way to delegate. Because FynchAI is email-native, it lives where you already spend your day: your inbox. There's no new app to learn or workflow to adopt.

  • How it Works: Every agent automatically gets a dedicated FynchAI email address based on the name you give the agent (e.g., An agent named rosie would have a dedicated email address rosie@emailagent.ai). Simply send any requests via email to your agent's email address, or just mention the agent's name directly @rosie in an existing email thread to loop the agent in. It will read the context, understand the task, and get to work with an email reply.

  • Best for:

    • Quick Execution: "Draft three subject lines for our next newsletter."

    • In-the-Moment Ideas: "I just had an idea for a blog post about AI in marketing. Can you create an outline?"

    • Delegating from a Conversation: Forwarding a long thread with a vendor or client and asking, "Can you summarize the key takeaways from this discussion?"

Think of the email agent as your direct line for execution. It’s built for speed and convenience, turning your inbox into a powerful delegation tool.

  1. The Workspace UI: Your Marketing Command Center

The Workspace is your visual hub for strategy and oversight. If email is where you delegate tasks, the Workspace is where you see the bigger picture and manage your entire marketing operation.

  • What it is: A central dashboard where you can manage campaigns, plan your work week in Projects & Tasks, store brand guidelines and other key documents, and track all marketing activities in one place. It provides a single source of truth for everything your agent is working on.

  • Best for:

    • Strategic Planning: Building out a quarterly marketing plan or mapping a new product launch.

    • Project Management: Reviewing the status of all active tasks and seeing how they connect.

    • Centralized Knowledge: Accessing final, approved versions of content or reviewing brand guidelines.

The Workspace also includes a chat interface, giving you a third way to connect. It's perfect for quick questions, brainstorming sessions, or checking on a task's status when you're already logged in and planning your work.

Two Ways to Interact, One Cohesive System

Remember that whether you are interacting with your agent via email or directly within the Workspace, the context, memories, and capabilities are all the same. That's because it's the same Agent "brain" (FynchAI) managing the entire system. Anything you start in the Workspace (chats, tasks, research, etc.) can all be picked up directly via email, and vice-versa.
