• You Control What Your Agent Sees: It is not a part of your inbox. The agent has no access to your emails or data unless you explicitly send it to the agent. Its knowledge is limited to the emails you send directly to the agent's email address, the threads you CC it on, and the information you store in your secure Workspace.

• Your Data Is Not Used to Train Global AI Models: Your business information, conversations, and documents are yours alone. Fynch is committed to never using your content to train our core AI models. Your agent's "Intelligent Learning" feature uses your interaction history and content only to personalize and improve the service for your specific account, making its assistance more relevant to you over time.

• A Secure, Encrypted Environment: We implement robust security measures to protect your information. All your data is encrypted, both when it's stored (at rest) and when it's being transmitted (in transit), ensuring your Workspace is a private and secure environment for your brand’s intelligence.

• Your Role in Security (A Shared Responsibility): The FynchAI platform is designed for marketing and business operations, not for storing or processing sensitive personal or financial data. As outlined in our Terms of Use, you agree not to send sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, or personal health information. This is a critical part of our shared responsibility to keep your data secure.
