In version 2.5, we've focused on deep agency alignment, introducing proactive intelligence with our new Chief of Staff, real-time meeting participation, and a completely redesigned document-centric workspace.
🚀 New Features
Meet Your New Chief of Staff: We've introduced a major new sub-agent: the Chief of Staff. This agent curates your weekly brief and proactively identifies routine workflows for the system to learn and memorialize, ensuring your digital department aligns with your goals.
Join Meeting: Your AI Agent can now join your meetings as a full participant (currently in beta). With audio responses and direct workspace functionality, your agent can pull data, take notes, or provide insights in real time during your calls. (OTP authentication added for secure tool validation).
Real-Time Analytics & Fynch Pixel: We've launched a new Analytics Dashboard featuring advanced AEO and SEO visualizations. The new Fynch Pixel provides cross-domain tracking, conversion metrics, and AI bot awareness to trigger auto-optimizations.
Document-Centric Workspace: We've completely redesigned the Fynch interface with a "Document & Paper" aesthetic. This features an optimized left navigation and the ability to include your own Custom Logo and Branding for a fully whitelabeled experience.
Content Grader: We've renamed our stress testing tool to the Content Grader. It’s now natively integrated into your documents for instant feedback across multiple audiences.

Prompt Caching: We've implemented prompt caching for system instructions, significantly reducing latency and costs (saving ~10k tokens per request) to make every interaction faster.
Chat Streaming: You can now watch your agent's high-level activities stream in real time within the chat interface.
Workflow Extraction Agent: A new specialized role monitors your activity to identify and memorialize routine workflows, turning manual actions into repeatable templates.
Upgraded Models: We've integrated the Gemini File API to reduce token bloat for image processing and upgraded our Claude fallback models to Opus 4.8 for enhanced reasoning.
Smarter Memory: We've refactored how agents learn from your behavior, ensuring long-term interactions are better remembered and not truncated during high-activity weeks.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Stability
Account Security: Tightened logic for canceled accounts to ensure all workspace access is correctly suspended.
Timezone Correction: Resolved a bug that defaulted meeting participants to UTC, ensuring your agent is always on your schedule.
Billing Integrity: Fixed an issue where content creation tasks without tool calls were missing from billable events.
Data Deduplication: Added deduplication checks on data chunks to reduce token bloat from duplicate documents and web sites.
Visual & UI Fixes: Standardized the logo to match the marketing website, cleaned up breadcrumbs across the workspace, and resolved image manipulation access errors.
